Returns & Refunds policy

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by April 1st.

No returns are accepted as tubers are perishable!

Conditions for refunds:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • You request a refund by July 1st if the tuber provided had no eyes.

  • The tuber does not begin to grow and rots.

If the tuber begins to grow but dies off due to user error, a refund is not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in shipment. If the tubers do not survive shipment, you may ask for a refund but one is not always given. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
